DISPATCH

Orders are processed within 1-3 working days. Personalised engraved ID tags need an extra 1-3 working days for engraving before dispatch.

 

UNITED KINGDOM - FREE STANDARD DELIVERY

Most items arrive within 4-8 working days of dispatch. The Waterproof Pet Car Seat Cover ships from our UK warehouse and typically arrives within 2-5 working days.

 

UNITED STATES & CANADA - £5.99 FLAT RATE

Delivery typically takes 7-14 working days after dispatch. The Waterproof Pet Car Seat Cover is available for UK delivery only. Orders to Canada may occasionally be subject to local import charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.

 

TRACKING

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels - you will receive tracking for each.

 

DELAYS AND LOST PARCELS

If your tracking has not updated for 10 working days, or your order has not arrived within the timeframes above, contact us via our contact page and we will chase it, replace it, or refund you.
